I had continuous pins and needles in my hands and a numb arm and was unable to sit down without the symptoms getting worse. I was referred to Mr Malik was very kind and courteous. I had lots of tests and discovered I needed to have two discs replaced at the top of my spine. He explained everything to me leading up to my surgery and on the day. My surgery went well and I've enclosed pictures post surgery to today 11 months on. I had immediate relief but followed up with physio afterwards for 8 weeks. I am pain free and able to live life normally.

After a long time pain in my back and mistreatment of my pain in hospital and with no progress for treatment of my pain , I was referred to Dr Malik by one of my friend and Dr Malik kindly arranged an emergency appointment and discectomy. That was a successful operation and I could walk again and go back home after 24 hours and that was a very quick recovery.

I had back pain and later it went to my knees and whole leg. Dr Irfan was able to diagnose what issue I had. He detailed explained my issue and he had given me options to avoid surgery. I tried every alternative but nothing worked and I had to go for surgery. Dr. Irfan took good care of me and was very helpful and patience with my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Irfan for consulting if you have issues with back pain or any spinal issues.

Mr Malik carried out a major operation on my lumbar region three weeks ago. All pain and discomfort which existed prior to the operation has since disappeared and I am recovering rapidly. Throughout my consultations with him, pre- and post- operation, Mr Malik has been thorough in explaining what was involved and in answering the many questions which arose. He is very understanding and courteous, and I would recommend him to anyone contemplating a serious spinal operation of this kind.
